In hypnosis, we are able to access parts of ourselves that we might not always think about in day to day life.  In this group session, we will be utilizing a technique called Soul Entrainment®. Participants will connect with their higher selves (Soul) for guidance, healing, direction, internal wisdom and support.  This session can be very enlightening for overcoming challenges, gaining insight into making decisions and setting goals, and it is also a wonderful source of inspiration and healing!
