In this group session, we will talk about how our bodies hold onto blocks in our energy centers, called Chakras.  Each energy center is represented by a different color and is associated with a different part of the body. During this group session, we will discuss each energy center and what they represent, working through the “rainbow” in our bodies. We will conclude with a group hypnosis session to clear the chakra centers and open participants energy toward abundance and prosperity.

Springtime is a great time to do this kind of hypnosis work, which is similar to doing our “spring cleaning,” but inside the body.  As we clear and balance the energy centers in the body, the way is paved for health and wellness, abundance and prosperity.
