Whether it’s at work, in relationships, or day to day life, exposure to negativity affects our emotions and our energy. In this workshop, we will discuss ways to be more mindful of our own energy as well as the energy of others. We will have a group hypnosis session where participants will gain a tool in their mental toolbox to protect themselves from the negativity of others and celebrate their freedom from the effects of negativity so they can move forward in their lives with ease and joy.
