I saw this sidewalk chalk on one of my daily walks recently. It says “Today is a new day.” As we enter the new phase of re-opening, it is a new day at Healing Path Hypnosis. I am gradually opening up for in-office clients. Following are the updated protocols put into place at the office.
- Online/virtual sessions will continue to be available.
- In-office sessions will be appropriately spaced to provide opportunity to clean/sanitize office.
- I will continue to follow social distancing guidelines to limit exposure to COVID-19. I will discuss any high risk issues with clients.
- Cancellation/reschedule policy has been updated and will be regularly communicated with clients. Clients will be encouraged to reschedule if they show any symptoms of illness.
- Regular screening of clients and myself regarding symptoms, exposure to anyone who has displayed symptoms or tested positive.
- Temperature checks of clients and myself.
- Clients will be asked to arrive at office with face covering. We will mutually agree if face coverings will be worn during session.
- Regular sanitation of doorknobs, restroom keys, and other touch points.
- Handwashing and hand sanitizer easily available in office for myself and clients.
- Washable chair covers added to all seating in office.
- Air purifiers added to office.
- Options available for no touch intake paperwork.
- Options available for no touch payment.
