Gratitude and the silver lining of challenges

Happy Thanksgiving week!

I’ve spent time in the hypnosis office helping people prepare for their Thanksgiving holiday, which leads quickly into an entire month of holiday celebrations. Whether it’s managing the to do list to make sure everything goes smoothly, being more present and calm with family and friends at holiday gatherings, maintaining healthy eating and drinking habits throughout the holiday season, or dealing with the sadness of those who are no longer with us, we all come to this time of year with varying goals.

Unfortunately sometimes this season can add a lot of stress, so it’s important to start the season with good practices to stay positive and manage the stress in a healthy way. I have a great article to share about how gratitude, optimism and positive thinking can help improve your overall brain chemistry!
