The year 2020 has changed our experience of where and how we interact with one another, especially in regards to in-person versus virtual communication. On a professional level, the transition to working and learning from home often meant online/virtual meetings, and on a personal level many people quickly adapted to visiting with family and friends via Zoom and Facetime.
The hypnosis profession quickly updated and disseminated best practices and standards to ensure that professional hypnotists like myself could continue to provide professional, confidential, effective hypnosis services via virtual platforms. I have prior experience in virtual sessions both as the hypnotist and the client, so I was already aware of the effectiveness of online sessions. With the addition of online sessions, I have incorporated various new skills and tools to my hypnosis practice, including more focus on relaxation and stress management through the “Mindspa Hypnotica” philosophy.
Online sessions at Healing Path Hypnosis are 45-90 minutes in length, depending on the client’s goals and needs.
Options include:
45-60 minute interactive session
45-60 minute interactive session plus personalized recording
90 minute interactive session
