When is good enough “enough”?!?

I was recently working with a client on some issues associated with perfectionism. While we want to do our best, sometimes we need to accept that our best might not be perfect. Additionally, living under the pressure of perfectionism can lead to stress and anxiety. In this video we’ll explore the idea of assessing when “good enough” is “enough.”
