Resources for stress, anxiety and burnout

Many people come to me because their stress response has gotten out of control, leading to anxiety and emotional outbursts. We work together throughout their sessions to help get their stress response back in control, which helps them feel more relaxed and calm in their lives. 

I often recommend additional books and other resources to help them understand their stress response and to help them with their ongoing healing process.
