I recently worked with a client who was having relationship challenges, and he was asking for help understanding love languages so that he could better understand his partner’s needs. A fun metaphor was born in the middle of our session, which I thought I’d share here with you!
Through my little “hamburger” metaphor, I’ll explain how learning to understand what you need and want in relationships (and what your partner needs), you can both get your needs met, rather than experiencing the frustration of having the components you want but not the final product.
